To put it in one word...'BSB is rocking'. Its a real good experience
and honestly the way you have given even the measurements in inches is
just great. I had actually measured my wife's feet and ordered
yesterday as I know it will be fool proof and no need to worry on
correct size. In term of putting in good words I think I can name
atleast 10-12 people who are my office colleagues and my wife's off
colleagues who are already your customers and have made atleast one
purchase. Its been great experience (in fact its my second order in
last two months) and Iam sure you people are re defining the footwear
purchase in India.

Its really feel pleasurable that an online shopping can be so excellent as BSB in India. Its image viewer software is ultimate for choosing a better product. Its customer care is also an example to learn for others who are giving the service of online purchase.
i had purschased 6 shoes from bsb in last three months out of which 3 were delivered on time but the last 3 were a real nightmare for me i dont blame BSB for that its the fault of thier hired courier company,so i would request them that kindly hire some good courier company specially for J&K thanks

I am not writing as a customer for BSB but I have worked as an external PR for BSB for about 3 months and the way the team works is excellent. The most important part is that all the employees of the organisation is treated equally and everybody is engaged towards the betterment of the servce to give max. customer satisfaction. Undoutedly BSB is my fav. client and Mr. M. Aggarwal is my Fav MD among all the clients I have handled till date.

Initially I was quite susceptible to buy shoes Online, but I wanted a particular pair of shoe and I couldnot get it anywhere in Delhi. I litterally searched all the Adidas Showrooms in delhi but all in vein. Then I was introduced to Bigshoebazaar.com... I finally got the pair what I have been looking for a long time. And I must say the service provided by BSB is amazing, they are fast, accurate and affordable. Really, BSB ROCKS!!! This is the best way of getting your favourite pair of shoes without even going anywhere...

This is Subhash from Chennai. I am quite impressed with the range of their products and they are doing a good job. But I had ordered the product on 17-1-10 and expected date was 21-10-10. But i received it only on 23-1-10 at 1.08PM. I would like to trade with them in the future if they improve in their timings.

I’ve bought 10-15 products(mostly shoes) from BSB.com with price ranging from 299-4500. Although BSB claims that return/exchange is hassle free and that Customer Care are friendly, but my experience
was different. In fact at one point of time I wanted to move consumer forum but one customer support by the name of Anthony who not only helped me but went out of the way to settle my issue. Few arrogant & unfriendly Customer care staff should be immediately located/traced and get them trained by Mr. Anthony.
Through this I would like to place on record my satisfaction(made possible by Anthony) and also I wish him a very successful career. A perfect CRM.
